Established in 2010, ALFA AL-ARABIA operates an advanced polymer extrusion plant strategically located in 3rd Industrial City, Jeddah, KSA. Engineered to serve Saudi Arabia's civil infrastructure, water transmission, municipal sewerage, and industrial utility corridors under Saudi Aramco Vendor Code #10116102.
Equipped with high-torque conical twin-screw extruders and gravimetric multi-component dosing systems. Continuous wall-thickness monitoring guarantees precise dimensional consistency across metric (DN 16–500mm) and imperial IPS schedules (1/2" to 8").
Specialized extrusion facility processing chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin with high-chlorine compound formulation (67% Cl). Delivers ASTM F441 Schedule 40 & 80 industrial piping engineered for continuous operating temperatures up to 93°C (200°F).
Fully equipped testing facility executing mandatory ISO, DIN, and ASTM lot acceptance tests: hydrostatic pressure burst stations, Vicat softening oil baths (ISO 306), 0°C drop-weight impact rigs (ISO 3127), and methylene chloride gelation tanks.
Manufacturing high-performance thermoplastic piping in Saudi Arabia's arid environment demands strict formulation integrity. ALFA AL-ARABIA utilizes 100% virgin suspension-grade PVC resin (K-value 67 ± 1) blended with high-purity calcium-zinc organic heat stabilizers. Our compounding process is completely lead-free, eliminating heavy metal leachates to guarantee strict compliance with potable water safety regulations (WHO, SASO, and NWC standards).
Our extrusion tooling utilizes chrome-plated spiral mandrel dies. This design forces polymer melt through symmetric spiral channels, eliminating internal weld lines ("spider lines") that represent structural stress concentrations in conventional pipe extrusions. The result is superior circumferential hoop stress capacity and outstanding cyclic surge endurance.
Precision stainless-steel vacuum sizing tanks maintain outer diameter tolerances down to ±0.2 mm. Successive pressurized spray cooling chambers with closed-loop chilled water recirculation stabilize polymer crystallization gradually, preventing frozen-in internal thermal stresses and pipe ovalization during transport.

For municipal water mains (DIN 8062) and gravity sewer lines (DIN 19534), socket geometry is created using precision Rieber belling machines. The elastomeric sealing ring (EPDM or SBR compliant with EN 681-1) is mechanically positioned inside the steel mandrel prior to socket expansion. During thermal forming, the molten pipe wall shrinks directly around the rubber ring.
For high-pressure industrial applications and DWV building drainage systems, ALFA produces precision solvent-cement sockets compliant with ASTM D2855 and DIN 8063. Calibrated expanding mandrels create controlled socket tapers that facilitate solvent fusion into a continuous, homogenous polymer bond.
ALFA AL-ARABIA welcomes consulting engineers, project directors, and third-party inspectors (including Bureau Veritas, SGS, TÜV, and Aramco Project Inspection Units) to witness raw material batching, continuous line extrusion, hydrostatic burst testing, and pre-shipment dimensional inspections at our Jeddah plant.
Detailed answers regarding extrusion capabilities, raw materials, quality control, and factory logistics.
Our primary manufacturing facility and quality control laboratories are located in 3rd Industrial City, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This strategic coastal location provides immediate logistics access to major western regional projects (Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, NEOM) and direct highway connectivity to Riyadh and Eastern Province industrial zones.
ALFA AL-ARABIA is registered and approved under Saudi Aramco Vendor Code # 10116102. Our facility and manufacturing systems meet Aramco's rigorous technical standards for non-metallic piping systems, backed by full compliance with Aramco SACS-002 industrial cybersecurity regulations.
We utilize 100% virgin suspension-grade PVC resin (K-value 67) and medical/food-grade organic calcium-zinc (Ca-Zn) thermal stabilizers. We do not use recycled regrind or toxic heavy metal stabilizers (lead, cadmium), ensuring full compliance with potable water hygiene certifications and international health standards.
Operating 5 parallel uPVC lines and 1 high-temperature CPVC line on continuous 24/7 industrial shifts, the plant maintains a substantial extrusion capacity capable of delivering multi-thousand-ton pipe orders for giga-infrastructure projects and ministry tenders with short lead times.
We produce pipes spanning nominal outside diameters from DN 16 mm up to DN 500 mm in metric series (DIN 8062 and DIN 19534), and 1/2" up to 8" in American imperial schedules (ASTM D1785 Schedule 40/80 and ASTM F441 CPVC). Custom wall thicknesses and perforation patterns are fabricated on order.
Each extruded pipe is continuously inkjet-stamped at 1-meter intervals with the manufacturer name (ALFA AL-ARABIA), standard specification (e.g. DIN 8062, ASTM D1785), nominal diameter, pressure class (PN rating or Schedule), Aramco Vendor Code #10116102, production date, shift ID, and resin lot number.
Our laboratory conducts continuous dimensional checks (wall thickness and ovality using ultrasonic gauges), short-term hydrostatic burst tests (ISO 1167), methylene chloride gelation tests (ISO 9852), Vicat softening temperature determination (ISO 306), and drop-weight impact testing at 0°C (ISO 3127).
Yes. We regularly host supervising consultants and contractor QA/QC representatives for formal Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) milestone sign-offs prior to issuing final release notes and shipping manifests.
Yes. Our dedicated fitting fabrication department produces custom segmented sweep bends (11.25°, 22.5°, 45°, 90° with radiuses from 1.5D to 5D), reducing and equal tees, flanged spools, puddle flanges for wall penetrations, and crossover assemblies up to 500 mm diameter.
Our CPVC industrial and domestic hot water lines are manufactured in strict conformance with ASTM F441 / F441M (Schedule 40 & 80) and ASTM D2846 for domestic hot and cold water distribution. The material maintains continuous design stress capacity at temperatures up to 93°C (200°F).
Finished goods are stored in shaded pipe storage bays with continuous timber supports spaced every 1.5 meters to prevent sagging. Pipes packaged for site delivery are strapped with protective woven polymer sheeting that protects against solar thermal bowing and airborne desert dust.
ALFA operates a dedicated fleet of articulated flatbed trucks capable of delivering standard 6-meter and custom-length pipe bundles directly to project laydown yards across all Saudi provinces, with same-day dispatch to Western Province sites and 24–48 hour delivery to Riyadh and Eastern Province hubs.
Under ISO 14001:2015 certification, our plant operates a closed-loop water cooling system with zero industrial effluent discharge. Production trim and start-up purging material are systematically segregated and handled according to strict environmental waste minimization protocols.
