Full lifecycle quality management certification covering polymer compounding, extrusion precision, laboratory testing, and national logistics (PQD p.12).
Environmental Management System ensuring closed-circuit chilled water recirculation, zero industrial effluent runoff, and strict energy efficiency.
Occupational Health & Safety management guaranteeing zero-harm factory floor operations, ergonomic tooling handling, and comprehensive PPE protocols.
Official Saudi Aramco Vendor Approval for non-metallic thermoplastic piping systems, reinforced by Aramco SACS-002 cybersecurity compliance (PQD p.6, 14).
Every meter of pipe manufactured at ALFA AL-ARABIA is governed by a three-tiered Inspection & Test Plan (ITP). Testing is conducted in our climate-controlled laboratory in 3rd Industrial City, Jeddah, KSA under calibrated standard atmospheric conditions (23°C ± 2°C, 50% ± 5% RH).
Before resin transfer to compounding silos, incoming lots are tested for suspension K-value (ISO 1628-2), bulk density (ISO 60), volatile content (< 0.1%), and thermal stability. Only 100% virgin suspension resin is accepted.
Rotational ultrasonic wall-thickness gauges verify circumferential concentricity and minimum wall tolerances every 30 seconds. Laser gauges track outside diameter and ovality continuously prior to inline haul-off.
Specimens cut from each 8-hour production shift undergo hydrostatic burst testing (1 hr at 3.8x PN), Vicat thermal softening (ISO 306), methylene chloride gelation (ISO 9852), and 0°C drop-weight impact shock (ISO 3127).

Every shipment leaving our factory is accompanied by an authenticated Mill Test Certificate (MTC). The document records exact raw material lot numbers, line operator IDs, measured wall thickness dimensions, hydrostatic test pressures recorded, and lab technician sign-offs.
To safeguard critical supply chains serving Saudi energy and utility infrastructure, ALFA AL-ARABIA maintains certified compliance with the Saudi Aramco SACS-002 Cybersecurity Standard for third-party industrial suppliers.
Technical answers covering hydrostatic testing, certification submittals, lab equipment, and third-party witness protocols.
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. Individual product lines comply with DIN 8061/8062, ASTM D1785, ASTM F441, DIN 19534, DIN 19531, NEMA TC-2, and applicable SASO technical regulations.
We provide formal Saudi Aramco Vendor Approval documentation citing Vendor Registration Code # 10116102. This confirms technical pre-qualification for thermoplastic piping products across Aramco capital projects and contractor subcontracts.
Company certifications (ISO 9001/14001/45001) audit our organizational processes, safety standards, and factory management. Product certifications verify that specific extruded pipe lines physically satisfy dimensional, mechanical, and hydrostatic parameters outlined in technical standards like DIN 8062 or ASTM D1785.
Sample lengths are fitted with calibrated mechanical end caps and submerged in a thermostatically controlled water bath at 20°C ± 1°C. Internal pressure is ramped up to 3.8 times the pipe's nominal working pressure (PN) and sustained for 60 minutes without leakage or rupture (ISO 1167).
In accordance with ISO 9852, pipe rings are immersed in dichloromethane at 15°C for 30 minutes. If the polymer was inadequately fused during extrusion, the solvent attacks ungelled resin particles, causing flaking or delamination. Passing with zero attack proves 100% molecular fusion.
Under ISO 306 Method B50 (50 N static force), ALFA uPVC pipes must not exceed 1.0 mm needle penetration before reaching at least 79.0°C. For CPVC industrial pipes, the minimum required Vicat softening temperature is ≥ 103.0°C.
Thermoplastics become substantially more brittle at low temperatures. Testing at 0°C (ISO 3127) provides a rigorous safety factor, guaranteeing that pipes will not experience shatter or cracking when installed in rocky trenches or handled during cold winter nights.
We use strictly 100% lead-free, non-toxic organic calcium-zinc stabilizers. Pipes undergo extraction testing verifying that lead, cadmium, and heavy metal extraction rates are well below WHO and SASO drinking water hygiene thresholds.
Yes. Our standard factory ITP document details inspection points, hold points, witness requirements, test frequencies, and acceptance standards. We readily customize the ITP to incorporate project-specific consultant requirements.
All pressure transducers, temperature probes, oil baths, tensile load cells, and dimensional verniers are calibrated annually by SASO-accredited third-party calibration laboratories with traceable calibration certificates.
Yes. We regularly accommodate TPI inspectors from Bureau Veritas, SGS, TÜV, Intertek, and Velosi to witness production runs, select random samples for independent off-site testing, and sign off on factory release manifests.
Any pipe section failing any laboratory test triggers an immediate production quarantine of that entire shift lot. Non-conforming material is physically isolated with red quarantine tags, logged into our QA incident registry, and rejected.
Our MAR compliance package includes: commercial registration, Aramco vendor code letter, ISO 9001/14001/45001 certificates, SASO license, technical product datasheets, factory ITP, third-party lab test reports, and relevant project reference lists.
Contractors can request labeled short-sample pipe sections (with factory markings and cutaway socket joints) via our Procurement Sample Request portal or by contacting our Jeddah office. Samples are couriered within 24 hours.
Access verified hydrostatic burst test certificates, raw material safety data sheets, and comprehensive consultant approval packages directly from our quality office.
