Stage 1: Inflow QA

Raw Material Batch Testing

Before resin transfer to compounding silos, incoming lots are tested for suspension K-value (ISO 1628-2), bulk density (ISO 60), volatile content (< 0.1%), and thermal stability. Only 100% virgin suspension resin is accepted.

Stage 2: In-Line QC

Continuous Process Monitoring

Rotational ultrasonic wall-thickness gauges verify circumferential concentricity and minimum wall tolerances every 30 seconds. Laser gauges track outside diameter and ovality continuously prior to inline haul-off.

Stage 3: Lot Acceptance

Destructive Lab Verification

Specimens cut from each 8-hour production shift undergo hydrostatic burst testing (1 hr at 3.8x PN), Vicat thermal softening (ISO 306), methylene chloride gelation (ISO 9852), and 0°C drop-weight impact shock (ISO 3127).
