The ALFA facility is organized for continuous thermoplastic pipe production and high-volume storage. Warehouse racking, finished-goods yards and production-line zones are designed so contractors and distributors can engage a factory-direct supply model for Saudi packages.

How we manufacture
From compound to marked pipe
Material preparation
Raw materials are staged and prepared for extrusion according to the product recipe and quality controls applicable to the line.
Extrusion & sizing
Thermoplastic melt is extruded and calibrated to the dimensional requirements of the governing standard series for that product family.
Cooling & haul-off
Pipes are cooled and pulled under controlled conditions to stabilize geometry before cutting and further processing.
Socketing / finishing
Where the product form requires, bell ends / sockets and finishing operations are completed to support field jointing methods.
Marking & identification
Product marking supports traceability and specification identification on applicable lines (including Made in K.S.A. context where used).
