Overview

Who we are

ALFA AL-ARABIA is a PVC, uPVC and CPVC pipes and fittings serving construction, plumbing, electrical and industrial sectors. Products are manufactured to market needs and international standard families such as ASTM, DIN, BS and NEMA — with project confirmation during enquiry.

From pressure water mains and gravity sewer systems to building DWV and rigid electrical conduit, ALFA organizes production around repeatable industrial processes: compounding/feeding, extrusion, cooling and haul-off, socketing/bell ends where applicable, marking, laboratory verification, warehousing and dispatch.

This company profile page is the long-form introduction to that system — not a substitute for datasheets, mill certificates or consultant-approved submittals.

Manufacturing scale

Jeddah plant: extrusion, storage & dispatch

The ALFA facility is organized for continuous thermoplastic pipe production and high-volume storage. Warehouse racking, finished-goods yards and production-line zones are designed so contractors and distributors can engage a factory-direct supply model for Saudi packages.

How we manufacture

From compound to marked pipe

01

Material preparation

Raw materials are staged and prepared for extrusion according to the product recipe and quality controls applicable to the line.

02

Extrusion & sizing

Thermoplastic melt is extruded and calibrated to the dimensional requirements of the governing standard series for that product family.

03

Cooling & haul-off

Pipes are cooled and pulled under controlled conditions to stabilize geometry before cutting and further processing.

04

Socketing / finishing

Where the product form requires, bell ends / sockets and finishing operations are completed to support field jointing methods.

05

Marking & identification

Product marking supports traceability and specification identification on applicable lines (including Made in K.S.A. context where used).

06

Laboratory verification

In-process and finished-product tests are performed according to quality standards before release to warehouse and dispatch.

Quality laboratory

Testing culture — not marketing theatre

ALFA carries out laboratory testing to verify products according to quality standards. Typical test families referenced in the company profile include pressure testing, impact testing, chemical resistance, heat reversion, water absorption, methylene chloride (gelation) checks, tensile/elongation, HDT/Vicat and opacity — applied as relevant to the product and standard.

Where ALFA systems are used

Applications & industries

ALFA products support potable and pressure water networks, gravity sewer and storm pathways, building drainage, agricultural irrigation, underground electrical ducting and industrial utility packages — across civil, MEP, utilities and industrial buyers.

Standards literacy

International standard families we manufacture to

Company profile references include ASTM (e.g. D1785, D2241, F441), DIN (e.g. 8061/8062, 19531, 19534, 8079/8080), BS / EN contexts, NEMA conduit practice, and Saudi standards alignment (including SASO references in product literature). Always match the BOQ language to the exact series you intend to purchase.

Trust framework

Registration, management systems & honest claims

Saudi Aramco vendor

Registered vendor code #10116102. This identifies manufacturer registration status — it is not automatic approval of every pipe class for every service.

ISO management systems

ALFA maintains ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management-system certifications as part of its operating framework.

Factory-direct model

Supply is coordinated from the Jeddah manufacturing base. This website does not invent branch networks, distributor exclusivity claims, or fake stock guarantees.

Work with ALFA

From company profile to project enquiry

01

Identify the series

Match DIN / ASTM / NEMA language in your BOQ to the correct ALFA product page.

02

Request evidence

Use documentation REQUEST for datasheets, certificates and drawings as required by the consultant.

03

Submit quantities

RFQ or BOQ upload — include standard, size, class and delivery location.

04

Technical clarification

Talk to an engineer for derating, jointing, burial or MAR packaging questions.

Extended profile narrative

What “industrial manufacturer” means in practice

Many websites describe factories in abstract language. ALFA’s profile is grounded in physical plant photography: multi-tier racking filled with pipe, extrusion halls with process equipment, yard stacks of marked uPVC, and posted assembly layouts that show how materials, machines, laboratory and dispatch interact.

That visual evidence matters for Saudi contractors and consultants evaluating whether a supplier can support package-scale demand. It does not replace hydrostatic design, trench specifications, or consultant approvals — but it does demonstrate that ALFA is organized as a manufacturing company rather than a trading desk.

Pressure systems

Metric DIN 8062-oriented pressure pipes and imperial ASTM D1785 schedule series address different specification languages common on Saudi projects. Selection must consider pressure class or schedule, temperature, jointing method and documentation requirements. Use product pages and engineering calculators for preliminary discussion, then confirm with ALFA.

Gravity & building drainage

DIN 19534 gravity sewer and DIN 19531 / BS EN building DWV families serve different duties. Confusing pressure PN language with gravity SN / stiffness context is a common packaging error — our application and engineering hubs exist to reduce that confusion.

Electrical & telecom ducting

Rigid PVC conduit to NEMA TC-2 practice supports power and telecom ducting packages. Burial, encasement and fill rules remain project-specified; ALFA supplies the conduit systems and related documentation pathways.

CPVC for elevated temperature service

ASTM F441 CPVC addresses hot-water and certain industrial duties where uPVC is not appropriate. Temperature derating and chemical compatibility must be confirmed for the actual service medium.

Commercial integrity

ALFA publishes contact channels, RFQ and BOQ pathways, and documentation REQUEST forms. We do not fabricate downloadable certificates on the website, invent exclusive city warehouses, or claim unverified project lists as proof. Where historical project photography exists in prequalification materials, it is presented carefully and separately from this plant-photography gallery.
